Victory Code of Conduct
Victory program participants – Players, Coaches, Parents, Volunteers:

Tell the Truth at all times. Further, we will tell the whole truth and avoid withholding information for the purpose of evasion. (Integrity) |

Dedicate ourselves to always do the right thing, including developing our mind, body and spirit. (Integrity, Commitment & Sacrifice) |
| 3) |
Represent Victory, at all times. Treat people honestly, fairly, and with respect. (Integrity, Dignity & Respect) |
| 4) |
Possess and exhibit Faith in all Victory people - Players, Coaches, Parents, Volunteers. (Loyalty) |

Honor all commitments before coming to Victory activities. Family, school, and civic responsibilities must be met in order to earn the chance to experience Victory. (Commitment & Character) |

Pay attention to Coaches, Parents & Volunteers, when they are speaking. Your conversation should be immediately interrupted, if someone is speaking to you or your team. (Dignity, Humility, Respect & Character) |

Know the rules, play by them, and respect all people – teammates, opponents, and officials. (Sportsmanship, Dignity & Respect) |

Lead with courage, accepting responsibility for your actions, and protecting those who are vulnerable. (Humility, Inspiration & Character) |
