San Clemente Youth Lacrosse Camp for Boys
Overview:
San Clemente Youth Lacrosse Camp directed by Glen Miles, Head Lacrosse Coach San Clemente High School / Head Lacrosse Coach FCA National HS Team and Pete Clark, Amherst College Academic All-American, National Collegiate North South All Star Game. Pete is currently the Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School. Coach Miles and Clark are both CPR and First Aid certified.
The camp is designed for players of all skill levels. Each camper will receive personalized attention from our experienced coaching staff. The environment will be competitive but it will be structured so that players of all abilities can thrive and improve. Players will learn how to react quickly to situations and how to make the “smart play.” The camp instruction will focus on individual skills by position, offensive and defensive schemes and full field concepts. Drills and positional practice will enable the camper to develop the fundamental skills needed to play with confidence. There will be plenty of scrimmaging, and each camper will have a chance to experiment with dodges learned during the numerous instructional stations that will take place prior to scrimmaging.
Coaching Staff will include Norb Garrett, Executive Director San Clemente Wave, John Karzak, President San Clemnete Wave, and many others.
